MagicBricks.com is spreading the magic of warmth

The Times Group’s online property website, MagicBricks.com has set in motion an initiative to help the poor confronting severe winters on the streets of Delhi. With absolutely no means of keeping themselves warm, every year countless homeless people fall prey to the harsh, frosty weather of Delhi.

However, this time, MagicBricks.com has come up with a pioneering solution to this issue that involves reutilizing of flexes previously used for the company’s outdoor advertising. These flexes are altered into warm and waterproof sleeping bags named as – ‘Magic Bags’. These have blankets stuffed into them, making it a poor man’s survival kit.

The campaign is being implemented in association with a Delhi-based NGO, Uday Foundation. Originated in 2007, this NGO works towards improving lives of children with medical needs. Its definite mission is to guarantee dignity for the homeless.
